The Murder Scene, Midsummer Murders. (Prologue)

— Prologue

They literally dragged Jessica Jung out of her bed that early morning, dawn to be exact. Gripping tightly as they pulled her by the feet and slowly took her away from the bed. She hooked her thin, delicate fingers around the mattress sheet, yelping as somebody smacked her upper thigh. Falling slowly off the soft platform, Jessica Jung’s face landed on the ground violently creating a loud BANG! The other shadows stepped away, step by step as blood came flowing from Jessica Jung’s face.

“Do you think we shouldn’t have gone so far?” One girl said.

“Are you serious? We’d done this for over a year now, don’t regret it.” One in the far corner replied, giving a cruel glare.

“But she isn’t [i]as ugly[/i] as the others we came across.” The first girl said, this time, seriously.

“It doesn’t matter does it? In the end, they aim for the same thing. Sex, money and men. They’re all the same.” A fine looking young lady, dressed smartly in black with a silver strap going around her slender waist stepped in. She motioned towards the two girls, high heels clacking and then clicked her fingers in the air allowing a certain something to fall to the ground creating a thud.

“That fast master?” The second girl questioned.

“Since when was I ever slow?” The fine lady pursed her lips as the first girl tried to not show emotions as the dead corpse of Jessica Jung lay there on the ground.

“Find her a grave and bury her like the rest, with the rest.” She continued.

The girls hurried to the corpse and hesitated, like every other time, the second girl, Choi Sooyoung had to carry her as Im Yoona followed along.

“We’ll leave now Master Yuri.” They bowed and closed the main door, and left.

“Damnit. Another case.” Sergeant Kim Taeyeon slammed her files on her desk table, her two colleagues jumped a little in surprise. Sergeant Kim Taeyeon started to walk around in her little gap of space back and forth allowing her team members to watch her as she became more and more frustrated but finally stopped when one asked something.

“Coffee Taeng?” She asked.

Sergeant Kim Taeyeon shook her head. “No Sunny… Not now. We need to solve this case immediately! In a small gap of 1 year this bunch of, heck knows what gender they are, what age group they are and what they even look like are murdering innocent ladies out there!” She shouted with a little bit of spit landing on Sunny’s nose.

She wiped it off and pushed Taeyeon back into her seat. “Calm down… I mean, those people they killed aren’t exactly ‘innocent’ are they? They are kind of what, considered prostitutes but then again as Police we can’t exactly say that in public as by far as this world is, I never call them the P word!” Sunny shot a smile at the other lady beside her who was just sitting there playing with her nails, not caring about the situation.

“TIFFANY HWANG! STOP CARING ABOUT YOUR FRENCH MANICURE AND BOTHER ABOUT THIS CASE! IM LOSING ALL MY BRAIN CELLS RIGHT NOW!” Taeyeon shot up into Tiffany’s face and yelled which managed to startle her but didn’t scare her.

“So you want me to lose my brain cells? I mean come on, I’m not ready to—“

Sunny slapped Tiffany’s mouth with one of Taeyeon’s files to shut her up.
